Our programmes extend from the remotest villages of India to bustling urban communities, focusing on providing quality education, accessible healthcare, protection from abuse and exploitation, and life-saving assistance during emergencies.
Along with our child-centric initiatives, Pratham Parivartan is equally dedicated to addressing broader social challenges through several impactful campaigns. We run Old Age Homes to provide comfort, dignity, and emotional support to senior citizens who often have no one to turn to. Our Food Donation Drives ensure that the hungry are fed with nutritious meals, while Old Clothes Donation Campaigns bring warmth and relief to those in need. Through our Sanitary Pad Distribution Initiative, we promote menstrual hygiene and empower women to live with confidence and dignity.
We also take pride in our Gau Seva Programme, where we extend care, shelter, and nourishment to stray and abandoned cows, recognizing them as a vital part of India’s spiritual and cultural heritage. Furthermore, we provide Medical and Financial Assistance to underprivileged patients struggling to afford life-saving treatments and medications.

— Helping the Elderly

At Pratham Parivartan, we believe that every elderly person deserves love, dignity, and care. Our initiative for old age homes focuses on supporting senior citizens who often face loneliness, health issues, and neglect.
We regularly organize volunteer visits to old age homes, where our members spend quality time with the residents, engage them in recreational and cultural activities, and celebrate festivals together to bring smiles and a sense of belonging.
We also donate essential supplies, such as medicines, clothing, hygiene kits, and nutritious food, to improve their daily living conditions. Through fundraising campaigns and corporate partnerships, we extend financial support to help old age homes upgrade their facilities and ensure better healthcare for the elderly.
Our goal is to make our senior citizens feel valued and respected—reminding them that they are not forgotten, but cherished members of our society.

At Pratham Parivartan, we strongly support the “Beti Padhao” initiative, which stands as a pillar for empowering young girls and driving India’s social and economic development. We work towards creating equal educational opportunities for girls by spreading awareness about the importance of education, helping underprivileged families enroll their daughters in school, and providing them with the necessary study materials and guidance.
Our volunteers conduct education drives, workshops, and mentoring sessions that encourage both parents and communities to prioritize girls’ education. Through partnerships and donation campaigns, we also extend financial aid and scholarships to ensure that no girl is denied learning due to financial hardship.
By educating a girl, we empower an entire family and uplift the nation — one classroom at a time.

At Pratham Parivartan, we believe that compassion should extend to every living being — including the animals who share our streets and communities. Our Stray Animal Care initiative focuses on protecting and supporting stray cows and dogs by providing them with food, medical assistance, and safe shelter.
We organize feeding drives, vaccination and sterilization camps, and work closely with local animal shelters and veterinary professionals to ensure that injured or abandoned animals receive timely care. Our volunteers also spread awareness about animal welfare, adoption, and responsible behavior towards strays, promoting kindness and coexistence within the community.

Our team and volunteers work tirelessly to provide not just food, but also education on healthy eating habits, hygiene, and the importance of nutrition in daily life.
